Redeem Points for Rewards Coupons
Once you accumulate a minimum of 500 points, they can be redeemed for a reward coupon of $5. Or you may choose to save up your points to redeem for a higher reward amount!
To redeem your reward coupon:
- Login to your account
- Select one of our gift trees and add it to your cart.
- Click "Secure Checkout"
- Enter your Shipping/Billing information and continue to the Shipping and Payment screen
- At the top of the page is a dropdown that will let you select which reward coupon you would like to apply.

When do my points expire?
Points expire 15 months after inactivity. You can reset the expiration date by completing one of the following activities:
1. Purchase on website
2. Share on Facebook
3. Share on Pinterest
4. Follow on Instagram
What are the minimum number of points required to redeem a reward?
The smallest number of points that can be redeemed at one time is 500 points for a $5 reward. You cannot redeem fewer than 500 points at a time. Balances under 500 points cannot be redeemed for a partial reward.
How long does my tier status last?
Once upgraded, you will continue to be on that tier for 1 year. Tier status is not affected by points redemption.
How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
You can see your current points balance in your Seeds of Life account. Login to your account and click on "Rewards Program" in the bottom left of your screen. You can view loyalty activity history and available rewards.
I don't see my points from an order added to my total points balance. What should I do?
Please check your Seeds of Life account to see if your order is reflected in your loyalty activity history. If the order does not show up after 3 days from the date of your order, please contact us at [email protected] and our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please include your order number in the email to expedite the process. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Can I transfer my rewards to someone else?
Sorry, but rewards and points are not transferable.
